Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously, from concept through implementation. This role requires strong organizational skills to maintain project schedules, track progress through RAIL (Responsibility, Accountability, Information, and Logistics), and support occasional design and development tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proactive in driving tasks forward with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute multiple concurrent manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

* Create, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.

* Organize and maintain RAIL logs to monitor responsibilities, actions, decisions, and logistics throughout the project lifecycle.

* Support product and process design efforts, including CAD work, component selection, or design when necessary.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality,) to ensure alignment and effective execution.

* Identify risks and roadblocks early; develop and implement mitigation plans.

* Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

* Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies.

* Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable quality requirements.

Core Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

* 3+ years in aerospace industry manufacturing engineering or assembly engineering

* Tool Design skills

* Project management experience

* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required

Preferred Skills:

* Aerospace Experience

* Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards

* NX CAD/CAM skills
