Production Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation of production machinery and equipment under the guidance of senior production staff
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in production methods
• Complete production-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements for Production Assistant:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
