Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the lower middle market, with a focus on industrials and business services.
• Participate in all stages of the investment process, including due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management and internal operating partners to drive valuecreation initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials, board presentations, and other strategic documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing strategic and operational planning.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity by Summer2026.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
• Proactive, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, entrepreneurial team.
