Overview Pepsi Merchandiser Springville, UT - $5,000 Sign on Bonus!! Admiral Beverage Corporation is seeking a Pepsi Merchandiser for Springville, Utah. This role involves merchandising beverage products in retail stores, creating and maintaining displays, and ensuring products are stocked and properly labeled. Responsibilities Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores, following approved plans. Arranges products according to a prearranged plan or management guidance. Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floor. Transfers product from stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product visibility, and minimize stock room. Orders product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks. Originates display ideas or follows suggestions from Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager. Communicates effectively daily with key store personnel on service or product needs. Constructs or assembles display aids from company-provided POS materials. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must meet company driver qualifications (if applicable). Communication Skills: Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic functions of math and interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs. Other Qualifications: Some states require employees to be 21 years of age or older for promoting, merchandising and delivering alcoholic beverages. Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out instructions; handle problems with several variables in standardized situations. Competencies: Attendance/Punctuality, Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Dependability/Reliability, Driven, Productivity, Safety, Self-Management. Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 70 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Work Environment: Occasional exposure to outside weather; moderate noise; reasonable accommodations available.
