Job Description

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple packager team members for our production line.

These are permanent, full time positions with opportunities to grow within the company. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available. You may be required to work overtime depending on project requirements.

No prior experience is required for this role. We are open to training the right employees to complete all job duties. In this position, you will be working in a fast paced environment to package customer products and prepare them for shipment. You must be willing to stand for the entire work day and complete repetitive tasks.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Boxing up and packing products correctly and accurately
• Stacking completed packages and palletizing them for pickup
• Using scanners to print shipping labels and manage inventory
• Working with your team to complete projects effectively
• Taking on additional job duties and learning new skills
• Collecting items off of warehouse shelves 
• Replenishing products and completing cycle counts to ensure they remain readily available
• Working in other departments if it is required
• Maintaining a tidy and clean workspace at all times

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required for this position
• Basic computer literacy is a plus
• The willingness to complete repetitive job responsibilities 
• Clear communication skills
• The ability to lift 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
