Position: Full-time, Overnight Inbound Call Center Representative (Hybrid Oahu-based)
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Utility
Schedule: Must be available from Sunday through Saturday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 am
Pay: $30.00 per hour

The Call Center Representative will support the Customer Relations Department and will focus on handling outage and trouble calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Company equipment will be provided; high-speed internet must be supplied by the candidate.

Job Duties:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries related to service outages and other urgent issues
• Proactively make outbound calls as needed to communicate outage updates or resolutions
• Provide efficient, courteous, and professional support during routine and emergency scenarios
• Utilize company systems to log, track, and resolve service calls
• Adapt quickly to extended shifts and schedule changes during storm-related events or emergencies

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Customer service and Inbound Call Center experience required
• Strong multitasking skills: ability to speak on the phone and type simultaneously
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (for hybrid work)
• Willingness to work extended hours or during off days for emergency response
