The Role

We’re seeking a high-energy, money-motivated B2B Outside Sales Associate to drive the expansion of our dealer network across the U.S. This in-office role focuses on identifying, contacting, and converting new dealer opportunities — from cold outreach to closing the deal. Once the account is secured, the relationship will be transitioned to our inside sales team for continued growth and service.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential new dealers (distributors, trailer stores, retailers, etc.)
• Conduct cold calls, emails, texts, and send marketing materials
• Present and sell the BulletProof Dealer Program to decision-makers
• Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent prospecting and follow-up
• Develop and implement strategies for effective prospecting to identify high-potential leads
• Negotiate terms and conditions with potential dealers to secure favorable agreements
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives
• Attend trade shows and travel for key dealer meetings as needed
• Pass newly secured accounts to the inside sales team for long-term relationship management

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B or outbound sales experience
• Confident communicator with strong closing skills
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or Shopify a plus
• Highly motivated by sales results and income potential
• Organized, proactive, and strategic in lead generation
• Willing to travel to key trade shows and account meetings (occasional)

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary : $60,000 – $75,000
• Commission :7% of all new dealer sales you generate
