Are you an experienced Operations Manager with fire suppression services experience, looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a growing organizations operations and play a major role in the company’s success?
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior management role where you’ll oversee all aspects of operations, from service and installation to inspections and sales, while building and developing a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, managing P&L performance, and leading strategic business initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the Philadelphia metro area. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to make a lasting impact on the growth, culture, and long-term success of the business.
This role would suit an experienced General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager from the fire suppression or related life safety services industry, looking to step up and lead a company through its next phase of growth.
