Job Description

SAK Construction is looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to work out of our Atlanta, GAoffice. The Operations Administrator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the region operations organization. The primary emphasis of this job is to perform the administrative tasks that will leverage the time of General Superintendents, Project Managers, Field Engineers, and field crews to focus primarily on planning, supervision, and technical installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications and information with the operations team
• Assemble and organize project maps, logs, and information required for review of new projects by Project Managers, Field Engineers, and General Superintendents
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and track installation data for use by field operations
• Provide administrative support to General Superintendents, Project Managers, and Field Engineers to leverage their time for planning, supervision, and installation support
• Provide administrative support to the field crews

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, with willingness to learn
• Strong motivation and work ethic
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Microsoft Office knowledgewith experience in Excel and database systems
• Experience working in construction industry a plus
