Acworth, GA $50,000 $64,000 per year (DOE)

Job Summary Russo Landscapes, a successful and growing landscape company in Acworth, GA, is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is
highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy , with excellent communication skills and the ability to improve office systems and procedures.
Responsibilities - Maintain office calendar, phones, and email inbox
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank deposits
- Human resources: Manage payroll & benefits.
- Prepare and track job cost reports, P&L statements, and budgets
- Support subcontractor communication and vendor relations
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies
- Assist the leadership team with executive assistant duties
- Coordinate company events, employee appreciation, and team-building activities
- Support customer relationship management and client communications
- Manage marketing budget, strategy, and execution
- Manage company social media accounts
- Keep the office environment professional, efficient, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word & More)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (Most work is computer-based)
- Proficient typing skills; minimum 50 words per minute
- Experience and skilled with QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with accounting principles & bookkeeping background
- Social media management experience (Instagram, Facebook & others)
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment
Preferred Skills/Experience (a plus, not required): - College degree in a related field
- Knowledge of landscaping, lawn maintenance, or construction industries
- Experience with LMN software
- Photography & videography
- Graphic design, photo editing, and short-form video editing
- Fluent in Spanish
