We're seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our amazing therapy team. This job with travel among several Seattle clinics primarily for COTA supervision and evaluations.
This position is ideal for a dedicated, compassionate therapist who loves working with the geriatric population and values teamwork, autonomy, and flexibility. You'll play a vital role in helping residents enhance independence, safety, and quality of life through skilled occupational therapy interventions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Deliver adaptive ADL retraining and mobility interventions
Treat a variety of clinically complex patients as needed
Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care
