US Concerts is seeking a Stagehand who will be responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production. Responsibilities include performing load-in & out of band and rental equipment, securing required passes and tickets, preparing guest lists, cabling, assisting audio & lighting crew, band set changes, ensuring band members have required items, communicating event details to production crew, hanging show banners, updating marquees and signage, coordinating food trays for band back of house, maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment, assisting stage manager with show passes, maintaining and securing house backline and supplies, maintaining curtains, drapes, risers and staging items, assisting audio and lighting crews, operating and caring for stage areas safely and cleanly, assisting with special events operations, and ensuring stage trash is taken out and stage is set up for next show. Requirements include minimum 3 years tour and stage production experience, experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, proficiency with Microsoft applications, ability to move up to 75lbs using proper lifting techniques, ability to work in moderate to loud noise levels, superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
