About the Role:

As a Non-Emergency Transport Driver, you are more than just a ride service - you're a lifeline. We provide safe, compassionate, and timely transportation. Every trip is an opportunity to brighten someone day.

• Transport clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, social outings, and essential errands
• Offer friendly, reliable assistance during pick-up, transport, and drop-off
• Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the ride
• Maintain communication with dispatch and follow daily schedules
• Keep vehicle clean, sage, and in good condition

Shift Details

• Availability Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm - shift times vary based on client schedules
• Up to 40 hours per week with the possibility of occasional overtime
• Weekend shifts may be available based on demand but are scheduled in advance
• Our office is located in Nashville, TN in Davidson County and we provide transportation services to surrounding counties in Middle Tennessee

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
• Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
• Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
• Willingness to complete are required training and certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Compassionate and caring personality
