Core Responsibilities:Field Work Preventative MaintenanceComplete preventative maintenance on MTA equipmentEnsure the preventative maintenance schedule is up to dateUpdate Service TicketProject WorkComplete installations to include cabling, conduit, cameras, etc.Ensure project quality is meeting both company and client standardsEnsure SOPs are followed to complete project workProvide proper documentation (as-build, cable test results) for completed projectsComplete cable terminations and test the cable to ensure quality meets both Skyline and MTA standardsServiceProperly update assigned service ticketsTest, Troubleshoot, and fix impacted equipmentEnsure tickets are updated dailyRequest additional information from the customer as needed and follow up Ensure contract SLAs are met for service ticketsAttend work block meetings as neededReporting Assist with monthly reports Assist with monthly inventoryDocument serial numbers and asset tags as needed Job Site locationGlen Burnie, MDEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED Must Have 2+ years in CCTV and/ Service-related field Valid drivers license with a good record Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
