Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

Position Summary

Material Handlers are responsible for shipping or receiving inventory and non-inventory goods within a specific area while maintaining the facility and inventories in an orderly condition. They build strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Perform accurate putaway of inbound shipments.
• Operate equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
• Place appropriate documentation with outbound orders and inbound product per instructions.
• Ensure all compliance requirements and special instructions are met.
• Conduct random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance.
• Comply with all Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Radio Frequency (RF) instructions.
• Complete housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Participate in cycle counting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $19.00 and $20.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
