Overview Worldpac is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our promotional, content strategies, and digital marketing efforts. You will develop engaging content across various platforms to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and optimize our online presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Promotional Campaign Support: Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities based on categories, campaigns, regional promotions, and industry events. Contribute to creating and maintaining promotional calendars aligned with sales goals, product launches, and seasonal trends. Support coordination of cross-channel promotional activities to ensure a unified customer experience. Help track and report KPIs for campaigns, providing data for analysis and strategy. Digital & Integrated Marketing Execution: Support targeted campaigns on our ecommerce platform speedDIAL to boost product visibility and sales. Assist in deploying advertising across trade publications and digital platforms. Create and launch email campaigns, social media content, and website updates. Maintain content on websites such as Worldpac and Autopart International. Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer data for trends and opportunities. Support podcast production tasks, including research, scheduling, and basic editing. Customer Experience Support: Contribute to positive customer experiences across touchpoints. Gather feedback to analyze customer journey maps and identify improvements. Support UI/UX enhancements on digital platforms based on team input. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years in sales promotions, digital marketing, or content management. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with digital marketing principles (email, social media, website content). Basic SEO knowledge is a plus. Basic audio editing skills or willingness to learn for podcast support. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for creating engaging content. Interest in the automotive industry is a plus. Additional Information Pay Range: USD $61,000 - $81,500 per year.
