Job Summary MPS is seeking a dynamic, results-driven
Marketing Coordinator with a strong blend of creative design expertise, strategic marketing, and event planning. The Marketing Coordinator position focuses on supporting internal Marketing operations and project execution, while collaborating on, developing and executing marketing campaigns and collateral. Marketing efforts and responsibilities include: graphic design,developing and enhancing lead generation campaigns, event organization, community outreach and competitive market research. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a high end, fast-paced environment and can manage a diverse range of tasks.
Responsibilities The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and will have the following responsibilities:
Graphic Design: •Create visual content for MPS and The Spa at MPS's promotions and Marketing campaigns internally and externally (e.g. brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, office signage, etc).
•Design digital and print materials for promotions, campaigns and events
•Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
•Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to develop cohesive visuals that align with our messaging and values.
•Ordering of promotional items as needed (employee nametags, business cards, event banners, etc).
Marketing Campaign Development & Execution: •Assists in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and tracking performance over time.
•Assists in coordinating regular meetings with outside agencies to discuss reporting, campaign performance and enhancement, and marketing strategies.
•Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on SEO strategy and implementation.
•Maintains brand consistency across all campaigns.
•Assists in coordinating internal and external communications of Marketing promotions and events.
Website Maintenance & Content Management: •Create engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, email newsletters (e-blasts), print materials, and more. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
•Regularly update MPS and The Spa at MPS websites to ensure all content is up to date with the latest services, products and promotions, and Before and After images/galleries.
Event Planning and Coordination: •Assist with planning and organizing internal and external events with the Marketing team and management.
This role will perform other duties and projects as needed. This position is in-office Monday through Friday, evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
•This role is designed for candidates with professional experience and is not considered an entry-level role.
•3+ years of experience in Marketing
•Strong graphic design, photography and videography skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other relevant programs.
•Willingness to work nights or weekends as needed to assist in capturing event content.
•Experience or passion for the aesthetic industry is a plus!
•Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to take initiative and work independently.
•Is a team player. Will be collaborating with other members of the Marketing team and our staff daily.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
•Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and graphic design.
