This individual will work 10-12 hours per week, supporting their upcoming celebrity launch, social media, content strategy and execution, creative development, influencers, and more. *Mostly remote, but candidates should be available to come to the office occasionally. Responsibilities Assist with online marketing initiatives, including attending meetings, gathering materials, analyzing data, and working with SEM, SEO, CSE, email, and other platforms. Create competitive analysis from online and visual perspectives. Support photography needs, such as attending shoots, organizing samples, creating shot lists, selecting items from the warehouse, maintaining lists, and coordinating e-commerce photography. Maintain the online promotion schedule, gather translations, and post banners. Track digital content needs, including image flats and lookbook requirements. Assist with printing, production, and shipping of materials. Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and product details, including proofreading and coordinating with departments for accuracy. Gather translations for international communications. Help create email campaign schedules using Google Analytics data. Develop a cohesive brand story across all customer touchpoints, reinforcing a luxury brand voice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, or related field. At least 1 year of copywriting experience in the fashion/apparel industry, proficient in online media. Experience in digital, email, and social media marketing, preferably in a luxury fashion brand. Excellent writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Understanding of how copy relates to art, design, and graphics. Knowledge of current digital marketing and fashion trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internet applications. Experience with email marketing platforms like Iterable is a plus. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
