About the Role

The Manager of Marketing creates and implements Encore’s marketing strategies while also supporting executive operational leaders with organizational and administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills and meticulous attention to detail. This role currently has supervisory responsibilities for a Marketing Specialist.

Please note this is an in-office position.

Main office location: 23325 N 23rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85027.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, nurture client relationships, and generate leads
  • Create and manage content for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
  • Create and implement targeted communication campaigns for existing and prospective clients
  • Review and oversee the design, production and implementation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Support Business Development team with participation in industry events, trade shows, and local community activities
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external marketing vendors and agencies as needed
  • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports for the executive leadership team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales support materials, including client education materials
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support all internal employee initiatives as needed
  • Support leadership team to prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the service industry, including event coordination
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suites, and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools)
  • Experience with project management and operational support is a plus
  • Knowledge of the landscape or property management industry is preferred but not required
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
