Crab Boss Maryland in Brandywine, MD is looking for delivery drivers to join our team. We are located on 14125 Brandywine Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and Efficient Driving: Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to traffic laws and regulations. 
• Delivery Execution: Deliver goods to designated destinations accurately and on time. 
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip inspections, maintain vehicle logs, and address any mechanical issues. 
• Route Optimization: Follow pre-planned routes, navigate efficiently using GPS, and communicate with dispatch for route adjustments. 
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, answer inquiries, and handle complaints. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations. 
• Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles. 
• Communication: Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding deliveries. 
• Safety: Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, including driving, loading/unloading, and vehicle maintenance. 
• Inventory: May be responsible for inventory management, including counting and recording items. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent navigation and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and handle heavy loads.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to follow routes and time schedules.
• Ability to use handheld devices and electronic systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
