Care Right There Home Care in Glassboro, NJ, is seeking an experienced Live-In Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients with Autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs. Pay Rate: $180 to $210/day

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with therapies, daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship; Engage clients with activities and emotional support.
• Manage behavioral needs with empathy and consistency.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation focusing on their specific dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Consistent communication with your support team.

Requirements:

• Experience working with mentally challenged, disabled, or behavioral clients.
• Seizure trained not required but preferred
• Licensed driver with a reliable vehicle preferred
• CPR certification (required or willing to obtain)
• Patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) preferred, but not required training available.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Some sign language knowledge or willingness to learn.
