We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient assistance to our clients through live chat or telephone interactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat or telephone.
• Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
• Assist customers with order processing, account management, and technical support.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for internal record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with live chat or telecommunication software is a plus.

Qualifications:
