Gold’s Gym is growing fast and looking for a Lead Fitness Consultant to help us provide world-class service to our clubs and members by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. • Have fitness industry experience (preferred)

When you come to work you’ll:

• Assemble and manage a fully engaged, high-performing membership team that aligns with company initiatives and culture
• Ensure project/department milestones and goals are met within budgets
• Enforce all club rules, policies, and procedures
• Keep the club fully staffed through application review, interviewing, and hiring recommendations
• Manage membership sales generation
• Develop and monitor metrics including employee retention and satisfaction
• Train staff to generate leads and new business
• Manage employee performance through coaching and creating a positive work environment
• Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and set goals

Must Haves:

• Strong business judgment and analytical skills
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Delegation and organizational skills
• Ability to create a positive environment and willingness for self-development
• Resourcefulness to improve operations
• Leadership qualities with motivational and team-building skills
• College degree (preferred)
• Current CPR certification

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in a clean uniform.
