Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As our Kitchen Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing all back of the house operations. Recruiting, training and developing the culinary staff will be expected of our Kitchen Manager. Administrative duties such as product ordering, food inventory and culinary staff scheduling will all be responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be essential to ensure front and back of the house employees can work together seamlessly. Requirements:
· Proven culinary expertise with at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, including team leadership roles.
· Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, and scheduling.
· Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
· Ability to lead and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
· Financial acumen to assist in budgeting, food cost management, and minimizing waste.
