You’ll join a global team of digital product designers working for a well-known corporation in the consumer goods industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support agile product squads in creating industry-leading digital experiences and advancing your design skills in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Produce UX artifacts like wireframes, user flows, and journey maps. Create low- and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for both native mobile and responsive web platforms. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers, incorporating feedback through design reviews. Hand off designs to development, supporting implementation, and ensuring the final UI quality. Apply user research and data to inform design decisions and experience optimizations. Requirements Must be based within a 50-mile radius of Ada, Michigan, United States. Must have 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design. Must have experience delivering UX artifacts (wireframes, user flows) to Agile product teams. Must have experience with low-fidelity mockups and high-fidelity visual designs. Must provide a portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work. Preferred Skills Experience with Figma as the primary design tool. Familiarity with universal design patterns and platform guidelines. Exposure to analytics tools for performance analysis. Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing insights. Experience with or maintaining a design system.
