Title – IT Project Manager Duration of Project: 12 months Location/Address: onsite full-time in Newington, NH Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of action items. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in managing technology projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
