IT Project Coordinator

Onsite at Lewisville, Texas, United States

Change management processes, keeping up with the change windows, schedules and able to coordinate with different teams and tasks. IT communications such as internal flyers, project updates, or stakeholder communications, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, following up on action items.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of IT project coordination or related experience
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of IT processes and software development lifecycle
• Comfortable working onsite and supporting both technical and administrative project tasks

Preferred Certifications:

• CAPM, PMP, CSM, or ITIL Foundation (a plus, not required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives. This role involves coordinating schedules, tracking change windows, facilitating team communication, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable handling tactical project support in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track daily project activities and deliverables
• Support change management by monitoring change windows and schedules
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and assist in stakeholder coordination
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, issue trackers, and status updates
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and follow up on action items
• Create internal IT communications such as flyers and updates
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, and QA activities when needed
