The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing user technical support of computer systems, applications and connectivity issues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to support our end users.
The Information Technology Specialist role is to provide technical support for PC’s and laptops, network access, email, virtual private network (VPN) and computer peripheral devices. Assist with creation of and maintenance of PC images. Follow standard help desk operating procedures and maintain operational documentation. Support hardware and software installs, as well as general configuration issues. Assist with on and off site storage/backups. Troubleshoot malware and viruses. Ability to manage multiple projects, work as a team player a must and strong communication skills are required. Position Requirements: Two years of education in Information Technology And at least 1 year of general IT support experience. Valid driver’s license is required.
