Industrial Electrician (Mid-Level)
Location: Kingsport, TN
Type: Permanent, Full-Time | Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (occasional OT)
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Industrial Electrician to join a growing team within a well-established manufacturing company that’s recently expanded into the area. This is a newly created role , offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
You’ll be working on-site in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems — including working safely on 46V panels . This position is essential to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of plant equipment.
Work Environment & Challenges
You’ll be joining a site where safety and modernization are top of mind. The facility has seen its share of electrical incidents in the past, including a few serious close calls — so your expertise will be valued from day one. With aging infrastructure and systems, your skills in diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance will be crucial.
