Pay Per Visit Range: $35-$45

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Private Duty Care department to cover In-Home visits. This position will be responsible for routine field nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. In this RN role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
Opens new cases & obtains all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy
Observes, records & reports reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
Follow state approved care plan.
Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MO
In Home experience preferred
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Strong and compassionate customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
