Position: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support, develop, and maintain our IAM platform and related processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring access workflows, scripting for operating systems and applications, and generating analytics and reporting to support IAM operations.

This role is essential in ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support and configuration for Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain access workflows tailored to business requirements.
• Create and manage scripts and automated jobs for both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Develop and configure reporting and data analytics from IAM tools for audits and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IAM processes with organizational security policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related IT security role.
• Strong skills in Data Analytics and SQL for reporting and data manipulation.
• Experience with workflow and process design within IAM platforms.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Windows and Linux system administration .
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or CyberArk.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
