Full Time Hours Available

Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Perform a variety of make-ready tasks such as painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and complete make-ready tasks in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cosmetic issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
