Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician

Requirements:
HVAC certification
Strong customer service skills
Own basic tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What You'll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems to keep them running efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC issues, from minor repairs to complex system failures.
Execute repairs and replacements of HVAC components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and ductwork.
Respond promptly to emergency service calls , ensuring resident comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively and professionally with residents regarding maintenance updates.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential setting.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of electrical circuits and schematics related to HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Universal) are highly desirable.
