Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an HR Intern with a focus on intranet content creation and employee engagement . This internship offers hands-on experience in developing internal communications, driving employee engagement, and supporting key initiatives across the Human Resources department. The intern will work closely with the People Operations team to develop content that enhances the employee experience and fosters a connected and informed workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about communication, digital engagement, and employee experience to gain practical skills while learning about core HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Create, post, and manage engaging content for the company intranet , including articles, spotlights, announcements, and visual media to inform and engage staff. Work with HR team members to develop content that supports employee engagement, wellness, Diversity & Inclusion, and recognition initiatives. Assist in tracking and analyzing intranet engagement metrics and providing recommendations to improve reach and interaction. Partner with teams across the organization to source stories and updates that reflect culture, values, and community. Support the planning and promotion of internal events, programs, and campaigns to increase participation and excitement. Help update and maintain organizational charts, employee directory, and HR content on internal platforms. Provide general support across HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and operations as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for internal audiences. Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency. Familiarity with digital platforms, internal communications tools, or content management systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. Interest in employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations. Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
