Job Details Job Location Dallas, TX Position Type Internship Job Shift Day Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities : Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Participate in various HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy reviews, and process improvements. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and handling phone inquiries. Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics, preparing reports, and identifying trends for management review. Assisting Senior HR Manager with employee relations matters and employee concerns. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Aid in the onboarding process for new hires by processing onboarding paperwork and coordinating with various departments. Other duties & assignments as assigned. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive information. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) preferred. Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges as they arise. 12 OAKS MANAGEMENT
