Cypress has a client in Mobile, AL looking for a Temp HR Coordinator.

Contract Type: Temporary – 4 months ( September to January)
Job Description:
This role combines operational HR duties, administrative support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, records, time & attendance).
•Support management with employee relations, performance tracking, and internal communications.
•Coordinate administrative tasks (filing, documentation, meeting logistics).
•Assist in immigration processes: liaise with lawyers, coordinate documentation, and support relocation.
•Help new international hires settle (housing, transport, practical matters).
•Ensure compliance with U.S. and Alabama labor regulations.
•Support CEO on various HR and administrative initiatives as the organization is on a start/ramp-up phase requiring multitasking.
Requirements:
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
•Proficiency in MS Office.
•Ability to work with international teams.
•Discretion, adaptability, and startup mindset.
Qualifications:
•1–3 years in HR coordination, administration, or office management.
•French a plus, but not required.
