About the Role:

Seeking experienced floor tech to strip wax and polish floors

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in floor Maintenace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cleaning management or related field.
• Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal items.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks.
