Job Description
Is teamwork your super power? We are looking for highly motivated and friendly applicants to join our team. In this role you will be expected to perform cleaning services in residential homes. Must be physically able to move at a fast pace up and down stairs, bending and lifting.
Duties:
- Deliver quality, efficient and courteous service while performing any combination of the services of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System
-Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned
Skills:
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Basic knowledge of the English language
-Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not required
-High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required
We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and have a passion for cleanliness. Previous experience in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, or custodial roles is a plus. Carpet cleaning experience is also desirable.
