You will be an integral part of our service team and the first point of contact for our guests. You are well-spoken and exude hospitality in person and on the phone. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn. What you bring to the table: ~1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume   atmosphere ~ Exceptional communication skills ~ Experience working with Open Table, Seven Rooms, and register POS   systems preferred ~ Ability to learn and retain information quickly ~ Intellectual curiosity ~ Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team ~ Ability to multi-task ~ At least 16 years of age ~ Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time Salary range: $38-52/hr ($18 base rate + $20-34 in hourly tips) Bourbon Steak and Mina Group are equal opportunity employers committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
