Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver: - Provide Comfort and Support Assist individuals with daily tasks to help them maintain dignity and independence, while giving families peace of mind.
- Assist with Daily Activities Help with mobility, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to ensure clients comfort and well-being.
- Be a Companion Build meaningful relationships through patience, kindness, and understanding, making each day brighter for your clients.
- Monitor and Communicate Keep an eye on clients conditions and promptly share any changes or concerns with our office to ensure top-quality care.
- Collaborate with Our Team Stay connected with our office staff to coordinate personalized care plans that respect each clients needs and preferences.
- Make a Difference at Home Work 1:1 with clients in their own homes, providing essential support in a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements: - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- CPR certification - Current, classroom-based CPR
- Proof of completion for required trainings - HIV/AIDS, Alzheimers and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication
- Reliable Transportation Must have dependable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Strong Communication Skills Ability to effectively communicate and adapt to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Compassion Bring a patient, understanding, and caring approach to every interaction, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Dependability Demonstrate commitment to delivering quality care in all tasks.
