Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)

works next to the Clinical Manager and/or Executive Director to initiate the start of care (Oasis) and coordinate the development and implementation of care plans for their clients that drive the physician ordered clients‘ home care services in accordance with current standards and regulations of the state and agency. While adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries, at all times.
