About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Procare Home Health LLC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification in specialized care areas such as dementia or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and monitor clients' health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members.
