About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in the branding and promotional activities of its full-service restaurant brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for all outlets, managing the creation of all branding and promotional materials, and coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. This includes direct oversight of social media postings, email campaigns, and the design of advertising and promotional content. The role also involves managing a public relations firm to maximize press coverage for marketing and promotional activations. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, a minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in a marketing function within the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of full budgetary control. The role requires a creative thinker, an excellent problem solver, and a candidate with a strong background in social media marketing, including experience in boosting and promotions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and positive, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing and challenging environment. Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and email campaign platforms is highly regarded.
