What You'll Do (Depending on Role):

• Support excavation, grading, utilities, site prep, and paving operations
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, and rollers
• Set grade, lay pipe, install drainage and underground utilities
• Perform physical labor including shoveling, lifting, and moving materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Troubleshoot field challenges and communicate effectively with your team
• Travel to various job sites across Maui and other islands as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of civil construction experience preferred (labor or equipment ops)
• Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred for some roles)
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions, and operate equipment
• Familiarity with grade checking, laser levels, or pipe installation is a plus
• Strong communication, work ethic, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet deadlines
