Overview The Franchise Operations Consultant (FOC) is a brand champion responsible for executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. The FOC manages an assigned territory of approximately 30-50 franchisees, ensuring brand standards for food safety, product quality, guest service, and store ambiance are upheld. They collaborate with franchisees to grow sales, profitability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include: Developing, coaching, and mentoring franchisees, providing operational guidance, and recommending strategies for superior performance. Enforcing compliance with operating procedures and standards, including P&L, COGS, and labor management. Conducting gap analyses and making improvement recommendations. Leading KPI analysis to track and improve business performance. Diagnosing and removing barriers affecting guest experience and store performance. Conducting onsite reviews and audits to ensure brand standards are met. Monitoring guest feedback and social media, creating action plans for improvement. Managing new store openings and providing training when needed. Supporting legal and leadership teams in store standards enforcement. Partnering with marketing to drive sales and guest acquisition. Championing the company mission and values. Planning travel efficiently for visits. Qualifications include: Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in a leadership role in food service or retail, preferably franchising. Experience with P&L, inventory, and operations management.
