Fitness Coach Opportunity At Gold's Gym PNW

Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Coach with prior personal training experience to join our team. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping our members achieve their fitness and bodybuilding goals, while also having the ability to motivate and convert them into paying clients. We are looking for individuals who are well-versed in body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting techniques and can provide personalized guidance to a diverse range of members.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for members, considering their individual fitness levels and abilities. This includes body composition analysis and strength evaluation.
2. Develop tailored workout plans for members that are adaptable to different fitness levels and abilities, while incorporating body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting techniques.
3. Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques, emphasizing form, safety, and efficiency, making adjustments as needed for each member.
4. Collaborate with members to set achievable fitness goals and track their progress over time, making modifications as required.
5. Offer basic nutritional guidance that considers the unique needs of each member and recommend appropriate dietary changes to complement fitness plans.
6. Provide continuous motivation and support to members of all fitness levels and abilities, with a focus on converting them into paying clients for personalized training sessions.
7. Actively promote and sell personal training packages to motivated members, with a goal of increasing revenue for the gym.
8. Lead fitness classes, workshops, and group training sessions related to body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting, accommodating participants with varying levels of fitness.
9. Maintain cleanliness and safety of fitness equipment and report any issues promptly to ensure safety for all members.
10. Foster positive relationships with members, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm, regardless of their fitness background.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach with a focus on bodybuilding and powerlifting.
• Strong knowledge of body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting techniques, with the ability to adapt these techniques to diverse fitness levels.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Prior personal training experience with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals, while also converting them into paying clients.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fitness and health.
