Job Description

Now hiring a part-time Financial Analyst for a company in Willoughby.

Monday – Friday, 24 hours per week.

Weekly pay ranging between $25 - $32 per hour.

The part-time Financial Analyst is responsible for providing key financial support to the company and it’s subsidiaries.

Job Duties:

• Analyze financial data to support accurate and timely sales and tax reporting.
• Prepare and present decision-making reports based on data analysis for sales tax.
• Collaborate with the Group Controller and accounting team to streamline and improve tax reporting processes.
• Work with the CPA firm to ensure tax compliance and assist in audit preparation.
• Utilize Excel and ERP systems to extract, clean, and interpret financial information.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, or areas of risk.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance, or other related field.
• 5-7 years of professional sales and tax experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 6 months.
