Join our team as a Field Estimator/Project Planner
Woodland Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented professional to split time between the field (measuring/install verification) and the office (planning/documentation). If you have construction or carpentry experience, strong math skills, and enjoy making sure projects are accurate the first time, this hybrid role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and great benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Perform precise field measurements for windows and doors.

• Verify job-site conditions and identify discrepancies before materials are ordered.

• Prepare job packets including measurements, photos, material lists, and step-by-step instructions.

• Communicate clearly with Sales, Order Writers, Installers, and Homeowners.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of window and door installation practices.

• Strong math skills (fractions, geometry, and algebra).

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable with technology (Excel, Dropbox, tablets, email).

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on job sites (ladders, stairs, tight spaces).

Preferred but not required:

• Hands-on carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

• Familiarity with Woodland’s products (Marvin, Andersen, ProVia).
