BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated ‘Recruiter’ for a Remote opportunity

Position Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 5 Months with possible extensions

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities :

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience or industry experience related to role

o OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field

• Uses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines
