The Role

Were on the hunt for a motivated Event Intern to support our LA events team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live brand activations, influencer events, and large-scale productions. Youll work closely with the Events team to help bring world-class experiences to life, while learning the ropes of agency life at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning and logistics, from research to execution.
• Support in venue sourcing, supplier management, and production coordination.
• Help manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Assist with talent & influencer on-the-ground support during events.
• Provide administrative support, including presentations, reports, and recaps.
• Contribute to brainstorms and creative concept development.
• Support the wider Komodo team where needed across activations.

About You

• Passionate about events, activations, and experiential marketing.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous internship or part-time experience in marketing/events is a bonus, but not required.
